Quiche Pre-Order

Pre-order a savory quiche and make weekend brunch a breeze. We fold Willow & Oak eggs with organic, seasonal ingredients, then bake each quiche until perfectly golden and set.

We bake our quiches in glass pie dishes for an even, gentle bake—and so they’re ready to go straight from your fridge to your oven. A $5 deposit for the dish is included in the price. To reheat, simply warm your quiche at 350°F for 10–15 minutes, then enjoy. Return the Pyrex dish to us to receive your deposit back. Each quiche serves 8.

This week’s flavors:

  • Quiche Florentine: A classic combination of spinach, garlic, and cheese baked into a rich, savory custard.

  • Garden Vegetable: A celebration of the season with local vegetables, cheese, and fresh herbs. Each week the veggies change based on what’s available at the farmers’ market. If you have allergies to any specific veggies, please let us know and we will make sure you get what you want.
