Moss Culinary Studio was founded in 2025 by partners Katie Moss and Cody MacFadyen. Katie, an Oregon native, has traveled the world studying culinary traditions wherever she went, while Cody—a longtime Pacific Northwest transplant from Illinois—has spent more than two decades calling this region home. Together, they bring a deep respect for local farmers and food producers to everything they make.

At Moss, locally milled grains and seasonal produce are transformed with care into handcrafted breads, pastries, and more. As a dedicated two-person team, Katie and Cody create a thoughtful, ever-changing selection of sweet and savory offerings—each one made by hand and shaped by the rhythm of the seasons.
